Salary: £32,256 - £39,228 per annum
Hours: Two full-time positions (37 hours per week) and one part-time position (7.4 hours per week). Other part-time working arrangements may also be considered.

About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and committed Maths Lecturers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping learners achieve their potential and develop essential mathematical skills.
The successful candidates will primarily teach GCSE Mathematics, with opportunities to deliver Functional Skills Maths and Core Maths. You will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support student progress, build confidence, and enhance achievement.
Working within a supportive department, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment while promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver high-quality teaching sessions in GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
*Support learners to achieve their academic goals and maximise progression.
*Provide pastoral and academic support to students.
*Develop and maintain effective learning resources and curriculum materials.
*Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
*Contribute to quality improvement and curriculum development activities.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learner experience.
Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have:
*A degree or relevant professional qualification.
*Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
*A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
*Experience of teaching within Further Education or a similar setting.
*A strong commitment to learner success and continuous professional development.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
