TPF Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading and highly respected accountancy and business advisory firm for a Corporate Tax Business Manager position based in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager looking to join a people focused, growing practice with an outstanding reputation for client service, technical excellence and staff development. As a Corporate Tax Business Manager, you will work with a diverse portfolio of owner managed businesses, entrepreneurial clients, corporate groups and international organisations across a range of sectors.
You will play a key role in providing strategic tax advice, overseeing compliance delivery, identifying tax planning opportunities and developing long term client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
*Reviewing complex corporation tax returns and computations
*Delivering advisory projects including restructuring, group planning, transactions and international tax matters
*Supporting Partners on business development initiatives
*Identifying opportunities to add value to clients
*Managing and mentoring junior members of the tax team
*Building strong relationships with clients and professional intermediaries
*Ensuring high quality technical advice and client service delivery
RequirementsCorporate Tax Business Manager
*ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification
*Significant experience within corporate tax gained in practice
*Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation
*Experience managing client relationships and portfolios
*Excellent communication and business development skills
*A commercial and proactive approach
*Previous experience supervising or mentoring team members
