What You’ll NeedTo be considered, you’ll ideally have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
*Experience teaching your specialist subject within a secondary school setting
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*A passion for helping students achieve their potential
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply. Supply and long-term placements can be a fantastic way to gain experience, complete induction requirements and secure a permanent position.
