The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
Key Responsibilities
*Source and develop new business opportunities within your designated market.
*Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
*Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiation and completion.
*Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
*Create tailored proposals and solutions that meet individual customer needs.
*Follow up on enquiries and quotations in a timely and professional manner.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
*Identify opportunities to maximise business growth within existing accounts.
*Represent the business professionally at networking events and industry functions where required.
*Contribute ideas and market feedback to help support future business development strategies.
About You
*Experience within a B2B sales environment.
*Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
*Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
*Commercially aware with excellent negotiation skills.
*Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed.
*Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.
*Strong customer focus with a professional and consultative approach.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (desirable).
*Full UK Driving Licence required.
