Salary: M1-M6 (dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for your next opportunity this September?
We are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the PR5 area of Preston that is seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role for the Autumn Term, with the possibility of the position being extended as the school is considering recruiting on a permanent basis.
Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching journey or an experienced teacher seeking a fresh challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
The RoleAs the successful KS2 Teacher, you will:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
*Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
*Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
*Attend staff meetings, parent’s evenings, and other school events as required.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
The Ideal Candidate*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (including placements for ECTs).
*Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
*Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
*Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
