I’m recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established, and rapidly expanding engineering company based in Leeds for an exciting brand-new opportunity within their Projects team.

The RoleWorking within a busy and supportive Projects team, you’ll play a key role in assisting with the coordination and delivery of engineering projects. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of project management while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into a Junior Project Manager position.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting Project Managers with the planning and coordination of projects.
*Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
*Preparing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
*Monitoring project progress and updating schedules.
*Assisting with quotations, orders, and project administration.
*Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
*Providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
About You*Previous experience in an administration, coordination, customer service, or project support role would be beneficial.
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
*Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships.
*Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*A genuine interest in developing a career in project management.
