Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: £28,080 - £30,500 per annum (DOE)
Pay Rate:£13.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time or Part-time available (e.g. 40 hours over 4 days)

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or newly qualified, we’d love to support you on your journey and help you grow in a nurturing and rewarding environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating Engaging Learning Experiences
*Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities linked to the EYFS
*Support children’s learning, development, and interests through play-based experiences
*Encourage confidence, creativity, and independence
Supporting Your Key Children
*Build strong, trusting relationships with your key children and their families
*Observe, assess, and track development, celebrating every milestone
*Support children to reach their full potential
Keeping Children Safe & Happy
*Maintain excellent safeguarding, health, and safety standards
*Create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and valued
*Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
Daily Care & Routines
*Support with meals, personal care, sleep routines, and play experiences
*Ensure children’s individual needs are met throughout the day
Being Part of a Team
*Work closely with a supportive and friendly team
*Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and professionals
*Contribute to planning, meetings, and nursery activities
What We’re Looking For
*Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)
*A genuine passion for working with young children
*Good understanding of the EYFS (full support provided for newly qualified staff)
*Experience is desirable but not essential – we welcome newly qualified candidates
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
*Enthusiastic, caring, and reliable approach
