Tradewind Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a number of primary schools across Cambridge (CB4) and is looking to recruit enthusiastic, passionate, and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team.

About the Supply Teacher Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the Primary Key Stages.
*Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school settings.
*Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan lessons where required.
*Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with the school’s policies.
*Support pupils’ learning and encourage them to achieve their full potential.
*Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.
*Maintain accurate records and provide feedback at the end of each assignment.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
*Have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
*Be confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.
*Be adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly settle into new school environments.
*Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
*Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils to learn.
*Be committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of every child.
*Be reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the classroom.
