About the Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced and enthusiastic Business Lecturers to join a range of well-established Further Education providers. This is a temporary opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to make a real impact on learners studying Business across a variety of programmes and levels.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons, supporting students in developing their understanding of key business concepts, commercial practices, and industry knowledge while helping them achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business lessons.
*Teach Business to learners across a range of levels and abilities.
*Assess, monitor, and track student progress.
*Provide constructive feedback and academic support to learners.
*Maintain accurate records in line with college requirements.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Support learners in developing their understanding of contemporary business practices and theory.
*Contribute to learner achievement, retention, and progression.
Requirements
*Relevant degree or qualification in Business, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related subject.
*Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, or equivalent).
*Experience teaching Business within Further Education, Secondary Education, Higher Education, or Adult Learning environments.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
*Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business education.
