Your new company is a housing association based in Greater Manchester.
Your new role
Your new role as Senior Building Surveyor (planned maintenance) will give you the opportunity to manage a diverse programme of work on social housing construction upgrades.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need experience in programming, budget and contract management on social housing ’decent homes’ upgrades. You will ideally have experience managing retrofit schemes from inception to completion and will act as project lead.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will receive a 2-month temporary contract with a possibility for the right candidate to go permanent.
