Are you an experienced site supervisor with a background in industrial, environmental or emergency response services? We’re recruiting an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead operational teams across planned projects and emergency response works.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can manage people, coordinate site activity and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

We’re supporting an established UK organisation delivering environmental and industrial services across infrastructure, utilities and commercial sectors.
The business is known for its strong safety culture, investment in training and commitment to protecting people, property and the environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading operational teams on customer sites and within the depot
* Supervising planned industrial and environmental service projects
* Managing teams during emergency spill and hazardous-material response works
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with RAMS
* Preparing job packs, method statements and project documentation
* Organising the equipment, plant and resources required for each job
* Delivering toolbox talks and promoting safe working practices
* Providing progress updates and operational reports to management
* Supporting project cost, programme and margin reporting
* Liaising directly with clients throughout ongoing works
* Completing and checking all job paperwork before submission
* Ensuring vehicles, equipment and assets remain safe, clean and road legal
* Supporting equipment inspections, servicing and maintenance
* Identifying additional services and future opportunities with clients
* Participating in the standby and on-call duty manager rota
* Deputising for the Operations Manager when required
What We Need From You:
* Previous experience supervising operational teams and site-based projects
* Knowledge and experience of emergency spill response
* Previous experience completing RAMS documentation
* IOSH Managing Safely qualification
* SSSTS qualification
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Professional approach when dealing with clients and internal teams
* Willingness to work outdoors in different environments and weather conditions
* Flexible approach to overtime, evenings and weekends when required
* Willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
An HGV Class 2 licence and towing qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
