As a Residential Sales Lister, you’ll play a key role in growing our branch by winning new instructions, building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Carrying out valuations and winning new instructions
*Building strong relationships with vendors and delivering exceptional customer service
*Generating new business opportunities and growing market share
*Advising customers throughout their property journey
*Working closely with your branch team to achieve targets

We’re looking for a motivated estate agency professional who has:
*Previous experience within residential estate agency, ideally within valuations, listings or sales
*A proven ability to win new business and generate instructions
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*A target-driven approach with a passion for achieving results
*Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
*Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
*A positive and proactive approach
*A full UK driving licence
