Full job descriptionRobert Half are assisting a global market leading insurance organisation to recruit a Junior Mac Support Engineer on a 3 month contract - London based
Role
*The Junior Mac Support Engineer will provide support for Mac systems and applications
*Great customer service skills
*Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
*Monitor and maintain system performance
*Provide guidance and advice on system optimisation
Profile
*The Junior Mac Support Engineer will have 1-3 years’ experience supporting Mac environments
*The Mac Support Engineer will have experience with support ticket management and tracking (JIRA Service Desk preferred)
*Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
*Technical knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Android
*Technical knowledge of modern Windows OS
*Network fundamentals (laptop connectivity, VPN, printing)
*Basic knowledge of audio/video troubleshooting and support
