Location: Guildford - Central (Parking Negotiable)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, PLUS 20 days annual leave + BH, Friendly team environment and Dogs welcome in the office!
Full-time, Mon - Fri (08:45 - 17:30) - fully office based


Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organised Coordinator to join our clients small, collaborative team. This is a varied role that combines traditional lettings administration with responsibility for supporting our social media and marketing activity.
Although previous property experience is helpful, it is not essential - we are happy to provide full training. If you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and thrive in a busy but supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:
*Preparing pre-tenancy documentation:
*Tenant referencing and checks
*Preparing tenancy documentation
*Deposit administration
*Rent and payment setup
*Compliance and Legal requirements
*Property preparation
*Inventory and check-in arrangements
*Handling enquiries and managing email inbox
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Supporting the team with general day-to-day admin
*Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
*Assisting with content creation and posting on social media channels
*Helping to promote the brand and increase visibility online

*Familiar using CRM systems
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Highly organised with great time management
