Hours: Monday to Friday – Day Shift or Evening Shift
Potential for Full-Time: Yes – Temp to Perm
Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Window Fabricators on behalf of our client based in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. Whether you’re an experienced fabricator or looking to build a career within manufacturing, this role offers ongoing work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
*Fabricating uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
*Operating manufacturing machinery and hand tools
*Assembling frames and fitting hardware
*Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
*Reading and working from production orders
*Maintaining a clean and organised work area
*Following health and safety procedures at all times
*Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
What we’re looking for:
*Previous manufacturing or window fabrication experience is desirable but not essential
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Good reliability and timekeeping
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
*Safety boots
*Own transport is beneficial
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
£12.71 per hour (PAYE)
£14.24 per hour (PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Day Shift or Evening Shift available
