Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for a Site Cleaner on behalf of our client, working on a new build housing development in Lakenham, Norwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy construction site, ensuring welfare facilities, site offices, and communal areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable. This role offers consistent weekday work with the opportunity to secure a long-term position for the right candidate.


Duties will include:
*Cleaning site offices, canteens, toilets, and welfare facilities
*Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising all designated areas
*Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
*Restocking consumables including soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site
*Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
*General site cleaning duties as required
*Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team


What we’re looking for:
*Previous cleaning experience is preferred (construction site experience is advantageous)
*A positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Good reliability and timekeeping
*Excellent attention to detail
*Safety boots
*Must be able to drive due to working on construction sites
*Own transport is preferred due to the site location
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
*£12.71 per hour (PAYE)
*£14.24 per hour (PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay)


Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*Day shifts 7:30am to 16:30pm
*Ongoing work with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position
