Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Container Un-loaders on behalf of our client based in Little Plumstead.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse team, unloading containers and carrying out a variety of warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. This role is initially ad-hoc, with shifts typically available twice per week (mainly Wednesdays and Fridays), however there is the potential for additional shifts and a full-time position for the right candidate.
Duties will include:*Unloading shipping containers
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Sorting and stacking products
*Picking and packing orders
*Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
*General warehouse duties as required
*Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
What we’re looking for:*A positive attitude and willingness to work
*Good reliability and timekeeping
*Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and heavy lifting
*Safety boots
*Own transport due to the location
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:*£12.71 per hour (PAYE)
*£14.24 per hour (PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay)
Working Hours:*Ad-hoc shifts, typically Wednesdays and Fridays
*Additional shifts may become available
*Opportunity to progress into a full-time position
