Key Responsibilities
*Provide administrative, business support and coordination assistance across the wider team.
*Organise and coordinate meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences.
*Manage diaries, meeting schedules, venues, travel and accommodation arrangements.
*Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, briefing papers and meeting documentation.
*Produce detailed meeting minutes and maintain action trackers.
*Support website updates, email communications and social media activity.
*Process purchase orders, invoices and financial records.
*Maintain stakeholder databases and ensure GDPR compliance.
*Monitor policy developments, consultations and sector updates through horizon scanning activities.
*Contribute to the successful delivery of national events and engagement programmes.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
*Proven experience in an Administrative Officer, Project Support Officer, Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
*Strong diary management and meeting coordination experience.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Experience producing professional documentation and presentations using Microsoft Office.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Experience maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems.
*Experience supporting financial administration, budgets or invoice processing.
*Knowledge of GDPR and information governance requirements.
*Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
*Experience within community safety, policing, criminal justice or public sector environments.
*Experience supporting conferences, events or large stakeholder meetings.
*Website content management and social media experience.
*Canva or digital content creation skills.
*Welsh language skills or willingness to learn.
