North West London | Office-Based | 20–25 Hours Per Week (Across 5 Days) | £50,000 Pro Rata + Off-Street Parking
Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a well-established, family-owned company? Our client is seeking an organised and proactive part time Property Manager to oversee a high-quality residential portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a varied and flexible part-time role.
The Role
*Manage a portfolio of residential properties
*Coordinate maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works
*Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Manage insurance matters, rent invoicing and arrears
*Maintain accurate property records using property management software
*Use of MS Packages / PropMan or similar software
About You
*Previous residential property management experience is essential
*Experience managing a property portfolio
*Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
*Professional, customer-focused and able to manage a busy workload
