Are you an experienced administrator looking for a role where you can take on greater responsibility, support a busy team, and play a key part in the smooth running of an organisation?
Our Exclusive client is seeking an organised, proactive, and highly trustworthy Operations Team Leader to support their operational and administrative functions. This is a varied role that requires someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, provide team support, and step in for the Operations Manager when required.
The Role
As Operations Team Leader, you will support a range of administrative functions across the organisation, ensuring processes run efficiently and key deadlines are met. You will also act as a central point of support for colleagues, committees, and senior leadership teams.
Key responsibilities include:
*Deputising for the Operations Manager in their absence.
*Supporting and providing cover across various administrative departments.
*Assisting with AGM administration, elections, and external audits.
*Maintaining confidential records and legal documentation.
*Managing and updating CRM systems and organisational databases.
*Producing reports and providing administrative support to committees and senior leadership.
*Coordinating publications and liaising with external suppliers.
*Ensuring information remains accurate across internal systems and websites.
*Planning and managing your workload to meet deadlines and service standards.
You will also provide dedicated support to the Property Manager, including:
*Processing property-related reports and documentation.
*Liaising with estate agents, local authorities, and utility providers.
*Managing correspondence relating to property matters.
*Researching deeds, titles, leases, licences, and other legal documents.
*Coordinating contracts and documentation requiring board and trustee approval.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience in a senior administrative, office management, team leader, or operations support position.
*Experience supporting or coordinating teams within a busy office environment.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*A proactive, solution-focused approach.
*GCSEs or A Levels (or equivalent).
Desirable
*Experience within the property, charity, membership, or not-for-profit sectors.
*Experience liaising with estate agents, solicitors, or dealing with property-related documentation.
*Experience using CRM systems and handling confidential information.
