About the Role:As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play an important role in ensuring students continue to receive high-quality education in the absence of their regular class teacher. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, gaining valuable experience while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
Responsibilities may include:
*Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.

*Adapting teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners.
*Supporting students’ academic progress and wellbeing.
*Providing feedback to departments and school leaders following lessons.
*Contributing positively to the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For:
We are keen to speak with candidates who:
*Have experience teaching within secondary education.
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status
*Possess excellent classroom management skills.
*Are confident in delivering lessons across KS3 - KS4.
*Have strong communication and organisational skills.
*Are flexible, reliable, and capable of adapting to different school environments.
