We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Business Partner to join our Hospitality & Facilities team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of temporary staffing solutions across a portfolio of clients while developing the skills and experience needed to eventually manage your own recruitment desk.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates for temporary assignments.
*Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
*Supporting the delivery of staffing requirements across Hospitality & Facilities accounts.
*Managing compliance, references, and recruitment administration
*Learning business development skills and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
*Working towards running your own temporary recruitment desk.

*A passion for working with people and delivering outstanding service.
*Recruitment, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
