REED is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting Area Manager opportunity covering Kent.

The Opportunity
As Area Manager, you will be the face of the business across Kent, developing relationships with estate agents, investors, solicitors, housing associations and other property professionals whilst generating auction instructions and growing market share.
Working remotely and in the field, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own diary, build your territory and make a genuine impact on the future growth of the region.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate new auction instructions through networking, prospecting and business development activities.
*Conduct property appraisals and provide expert guidance to clients on the auction process.
*Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, investors and referral partners.
*Increase market share and raise brand awareness across Kent.
*Manage client relationships throughout the auction journey.
*Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events and face-to-face meetings.
*Deliver exceptional customer service to vendors, buyers and bidders.
*Maintain accurate records and manage activity through CRM systems.
*Work collaboratively with the wider auction team to maximise opportunities and revenue growth.
About You
We’re keen to speak with property professionals who combine strong commercial awareness with the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships.
You’ll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
*Estate Agency
*Property Sales
*Property Investment
*Business Development
*Valuations
*Auctions
You’ll be particularly successful in this role if you are:
*Well-connected within the Kent property market.
*Based in Kent, ideally around Maidstone, Ashford or the surrounding areas.
*A confident and credible relationship builder.
*Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.
*Comfortable generating new business opportunities.
*Professional and consultative in your approach.
*Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow a region.
*Looking for a role with future leadership and progression opportunities.
Previous auction experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training, onboarding and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone from a wider property background looking to specialise within the auction sector.
