We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. This role combines administrative duties with customer service, focusing on assisting customers interested in new water metre installations. Based in St. Austell, this position offers a structured work environment with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Communicate with customers over the phone to understand their needs and record their interest in having a new water metre fitted.
*Accurately enter and manage customer information and details within our system.
*Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure efficient operation.
*Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and meet organisational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in handling administrative duties and customer queries.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
*Experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
