We are currently recruiting for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join a well-established public sector procurement function supporting a number of partner organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment, delivering strategic procurement activities and helping drive value, efficiency, compliance, and social value outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the delivery of procurement projects across a range of service areas.
*Provide professional procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders.
*Manage end-to-end procurement exercises in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and organisational policies.
*Develop tender documentation, coordinate evaluations, and support contract award processes.
*Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities and deliver value-for-money solutions.
*Support contract and supplier management activities, including performance monitoring and contract administration.
*Maintain accurate procurement records, contract registers, and supplier information.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and procurement best practice.
