We are looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our Operations Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an organised, driven, and proactive individual who is eager to contribute significantly to the continued success and growth of our business. This role offers progression opportunity into an Operations Manager/General Manager Position.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Coordinate reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, and small works jobs from receipt through to completion.
*Manage multiple live jobs simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
*Schedule engineers, subcontractors, and resources efficiently.
*Act as the operational hub between customers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, the Sales Team, and senior management.
*Ensure jobs are delivered within agreed timescales and to customer expectations.
*Manage procurement and materials, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
*Handle customer and supplier interactions, providing timely updates and managing enquiries and complaints effectively.
*Maintain accurate operational records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Operations Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, Service Coordinator, or similar role.
*Strong experience in coordinating multiple live jobs within a fast-paced environment.
*Experience scheduling engineers, subcontractors, or field-based teams.
*Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with business systems.
*Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
*Desirable: Experience with SimPRO, Xero, and working in facilities management, maintenance, or related industries.
