Job Description:
Full job descriptionRobert Half is recruiting a Forensic Accountant for our client in East Hertfordshire , on an interim basis for 3 months initially.
The position of Forensic Accountant will require the following duties ;
*Review all payments in the last 18 months from 7 different bank accounts to ensure they are correct with correct authorisation
*Review all master data changes in the last 18 months to ensure accurate data
*Review SODs
*Review AR balances and confirm they are correct
*Review All transactions in the last 18 months and through sampling ensure they are correct with the correct authorisation
*Cover for other financial duties.
*
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified accountant with 5 years post qualified experience.
*Advance knowledge of Excel - as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
*Good understanding of Sage 200 or SAP
*Excellent attention to detail
*Excellent communicator at all levels
*Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
*Auditing or Forensic accounting background for large corporations
*Payroll and general accounting experience
The position of Forensic Accountant will be 100% based in the office and is an urgent requirement.
