Description


*Support the monthly management accounts process, including reconciliations, ledger reviews, variance analysis and maintaining accurate financial records.
*Assist with Group reporting to Head Office, including financial submissions, analysis and responding to finance queries.
*Support post-IPO reporting, IFRS requirements and Group reporting adjustments.
*Review monthly payroll, pensions and assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting.
*Provide support across core finance processes, including invoicing, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, expenses and credit card controls.
*Assist with year-end audits, statutory accounts, tax computations and ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS and internal controls.
*Identify process improvements and support ad hoc finance projects and wider team activities.


Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification or relevant degree.
*Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Job Offer
£58,000 - £62,000 + bonus
