Full job descriptionHigher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Lewisham
Are you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a welcoming and supportive school in Lewisham on a full-time basis.

We’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous experience working as an HLTA in a school setting
*Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and classroom practice
*Confidence leading whole-class learning and supporting pupils across a range of abilities
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A degree (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes
*Support teachers in planning, preparing, and assessing learning
*Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher where required
*Provide targeted support to pupils to help them achieve their full potential
*Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support pupil progress
