Crawley – Sussex – Hybrid Working
I’m working with a highly regarded South East law firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor or Legal Advisor to join its growing Corporate team in Crawley.
This role is ideal for a Lawyer with several years’ PQE who can manage their own caseload while supporting on larger M&A transactions, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, investments and commercial matters. You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, providing practical legal advice and building long-term relationships.
You will have experience handling corporate matters independently, excellent client-facing skills and a proactive approach to business development and networking.

Key requirements:
*Experience as a Corporate Solicitor or Legal Advisor
