Full job descriptionAre you an organized Financial Services Administrator looking for a flexible part-time opportunity?
Join a busy financial planning team where you’ll provide essential administrative support across pensions, investments, and protection. From processing new business and preparing client review packs to managing provider communications and maintaining accurate records, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client journey.
Benefits:
*£24,180 per annum
*Discretionary company bonus
*8% employer pension contribution
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Private Medical Insurance
*Hybrid working after training, typically 1 day a week from home
Responsibilities include:
*Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
*Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and ISAs.
*Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation.
*Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties to obtain information and progress cases.
*Maintaining accurate client records on the CRM system.
*Producing suitability reports and supporting documentation where required.
*Handling client enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner.
*Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company compliance procedures.
*Managing adviser’s diaries and arranging client meetings.
*Processing withdrawals, fund switches, top-ups, and other servicing requests.
*Preparing valuation reports and portfolio information.
Skills required:
*Previous administration experience, ideally within financial planning or financial services.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Confident using Microsoft Office.
*Professional communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team.
*IRESS XPlan and investment platform experience would be a bonus but isn’t essential
