A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Walsall is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to support a busy and growing team handling a mix of residential development and general commercial property matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with some legal property experience who is keen to develop their technical skills, gain exposure to high-quality work and progress their career within a supportive and family-friendly environment.
The Role
Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will assist on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including:
*Residential development matters
*Commercial acquisitions and disposals
*Landlord and tenant work
*Commercial leases
*Property finance transactions
*Due diligence and title investigations
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
*Managing files and supporting fee earners throughout transactions
About You
The firm would welcome applications from candidates who have:
*Previous experience within a property law environment (commercial property, residential conveyancing or mixed property matters)
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent communication and client care abilities
*A proactive and positive approach to work
*Ambitions to develop a long-term legal career
Experience within commercial property is advantageous, but candidates with residential conveyancing experience looking to transition into commercial property are also encouraged to apply.
