Location: Manchester City Centre - fully office based
Hours: Mon-Thur (09:00-17:30) Fri (09:00-17:00)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE + monthly bonus available based on performance
We’re recruiting for a Client Support Administrator to join a growing financial planning business in Manchester City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who’s looking to build a long-term career. Previous pensions or financial services experience isn’t required - full training will be provided.
The Role
You’ll support a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service while keeping administration running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Preparing and processing client documentation
*Liaising with pension providers and third parties
*Maintaining accurate client records
*Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration
*Managing emails and incoming correspondence
*Chasing outstanding information
*Updating internal systems
*Ensuring work is completed accurately and compliantly
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous administration experience
*Has excellent attention to detail
*Can prioritise a busy workload
*Has strong communication skills
*Is confident using Microsoft Office
*Enjoys working as part of a team
*Is keen to learn and develop
