The role
As a Senior Associate or Partner, you’ll play a key role in advising clients across a broad range of commercial property matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions
*Advising developers, investors, landlords and occupiers
*Handling property due diligence and title investigations
*Drafting and negotiating real estate documentation
*Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
*Providing strategic and commercially focused advice
*Supporting business development and team growth initiatives
About you
This role would suit a Real Estate Solicitor who:
*Has significant experience in commercial property law
*Is confident managing transactions independently
*Enjoys developing client relationships and generating repeat business
*Demonstrates excellent drafting and negotiation skills
*Has a commercial and practical approach to problem-solving
*Is interested in progressing their career at Senior Associate or Partner level
