Full job descriptionKey Duties:
*Undertake direct work with children, young people and families as directed by a Social Worker.
*Support children and young people to attend appointments, education, health assessments and other identified activities.
*Supervise family time/contact sessions and provide factual observations and recordings.
*Complete welfare checks, home visits and wellbeing visits where appropriate.
*Build positive and professional relationships with children, young people and their families.


Requirements:
Experience of working as a Social Work Assistant
Experience of working with children, young people and families
Experience of working within a local authority
