A leading South West law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Legal Executive at Managing Associate or Legal Director level.

The Role
You’ll advise on:
*Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
*Corporate acquisitions and disposals
*Group restructures and reorganisations
*Private Equity transactions
*Cross-border corporate matters
*Strategic corporate advice
Alongside first-class legal work, you’ll build lasting client relationships and help grow an ambitious Corporate team.

About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
*Around 8+ years’ PQE in Corporate Law
*Strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions
*Private Equity or cross-border experience is advantageous
*Commercial, client-focused and ambitious
