Description
*Oversee day-to-day financial operations and processes.
*Manage 3 members of staff
*Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for internal use.
*Produce monthly Management Accounts to a tight deadline
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
*Manage budgets effectively and provide insightful variance analysis.
*Support the team by reviewing and improving financial procedures.
*Assist in decision-making by providing reliable financial advice.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
*Oversee payroll and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
*ideally experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector, however other sectors will be considered
*Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
*The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
Job Offer
*Perm Salary equivalent of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
*2 days working from home per week.
*Temporary to perm role
