Are you a Project Manager or experienced Foreman looking to step into a management role with a highly regarded residential construction company?

Do you want to work on high-quality bespoke residential and commercial projects while receiving hands-on training and becoming part of a business built on reputation, repeat work and craftsmanship?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established construction company specialising in bespoke residential new builds, refurbishments and commercial projects across Oxfordshire.

You will split your time between the office and site, overseeing multiple projects, supporting site teams, coordinating labour and materials, managing contracts and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

The company is happy to train someone with a strong trade background, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Foreman looking to progress into Project or Contracts Management.

The Role:
*Managing bespoke residential and commercial construction projects across Oxfordshire
*Splitting time between the office and site, supporting project delivery
*Coordinating labour, subcontractors and material procurement
*Producing contract reports and monitoring project progress
*Working closely with site teams while maintaining a hands-on approach where required
The Person:
*Experience within residential construction, refurbishments or new build projects
*Project Manager, Site Manager, Foreman or similar background
*Trade background
*Full UK Driving License
