Pro-Finance is working with a highly respected accountancy and advisory firm seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing Ashford office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified auditor looking to build on their existing experience, take ownership of client relationships and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and accounts services across a varied portfolio.

The Role
As an Audit Senior, you’ll take responsibility for planning and delivering audit assignments, working closely with Managers and Partners while building strong relationships with clients.

You’ll oversee audit fieldwork, prepare statutory accounts, identify key risk areas and support the successful completion of engagements from planning through to completion.
Responsibilities
*Planning, coordinating and delivering audit assignments
*Leading audit fieldwork and substantive testing
*Preparing statutory financial statements
*Identifying audit risks and key issues
*Ensuring audit files are completed to a high standard
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
*Building strong relationships with clients
*Working closely with Managers and Partners throughout engagements


About You
*ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
*Audit experience gained within an accountancy practice
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP
*Expereince with IFRS would be useful
*Experience working with clients across a variety of sectors
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Previous experience coaching or supporting junior colleagues
