Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead an established and thriving Commercial Property Team at its Black Country office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Legal Professional ready to take on a leadership role. You’ll oversee a high-quality caseload of commercial property matters while providing strategic direction and mentorship to the team. The firm is seeking someone with extensive experience across a broad spectrum of commercial property work, strong leadership skills and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
*Lead and supervise the Commercial Property Team
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Contribute to the firm’s business development and growth initiatives

About You:
