The Opportunity
An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join its claimant-focused Personal Injury team. The department handles a broad range of matters, including:
*Employer’s Liability claims
*Public Liability claims
*Road Traffic Accident claims
*Clinical Negligence matters
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in personal injury litigation who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Experience in clinical negligence and/or contentious probate would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided where required.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a mixed caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion, including litigated claims
*Handle both pre- and post-litigation cases
*Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department
*Support business development and networking activities
*Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and referrers
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
*Proven experience handling a varied personal injury caseload, including litigated matters
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
