Live-in Accommodation Available

£250 Completion Bonus
Berry Recruitment is recruiting for two Temporary Chefs to join a seasonal hospitality operation in West Cornwall.
These positions are available for an immediate start and will run until mid-September. Candidates who complete the full assignment will receive a £250 end of season bonus.
Duties*Preparation and cooking of menu items
*Management of kitchen operations during lone-working shifts
*Food preparation in line with company procedures
*Stock rotation and stock control
*Completion of kitchen cleaning schedules
*Compliance with food hygiene and food safety procedures
*Maintaining kitchen records and documentation where required
Requirements*Previous employment within a commercial kitchen
*Ability to work independently within the kitchen
*Food hygiene knowledge
*Availability until mid-September
*Ability to travel to the location or utilise the live-in accommodation provided
What’s on Offer? £14.42 per hour
