Berry Recruitment are recruiting for a Front of House Team Member to join a luxury hospitality venue in South Cornwall on a temporary basis.
This role involves delivering high standards of food and beverage service within a fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities*Providing excellent customer service to guests
*Delivering Silver Service
*Assisting with and carrying out Flambé Service
*Supporting and operating Trolley Service
*Serving food and beverages in line with venue standards
*Preparing and maintaining dining and service areas
*Ensuring tables are presented to a high standard
*Working as part of the Front of House team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Skills & Knowledge*Front of House hospitality background
*Knowledge of Silver Service
*Knowledge of Flambé Service
*Knowledge of Trolley Service
*Strong communication skills
*Attention to detail
*Ability to work in a customer-facing environment
*Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
