Key responsibilities include:
*Supervising whole classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring students stay on task
*Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Delivering pre-prepared work and ensuring learning continues smoothly
*Providing feedback to teachers and school leaders on student progress and conduct
*Supporting students across a range of year groups and subjects
Ideal candidates will have:
*Experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, sports coaching, tutoring)
*A confident and professional approach to classroom management
*Excellent communication skills and a calm, positive attitude
*A strong interest in education - ideal for those considering a future in teaching
*Availability for a full-time role with the potential to move into a permanent contract
