Recruit UK are working with a boutique Financial Planning company in Swansea, who are looking for an Administrator.
This role will see you working directly with experienced Financial Adviser, who specialises in offering bespoke advice on pensions, investments and inheritance planning to High-net-worth clients. You will work closely alongside client too, to ensure they are offered a strong service. They are ideally looking for someone on a part time basis but will consider full time, if preferred.
Duties will include but not limited to:
*Maintaining back-office system and client records
*Preparing for client meetings
*Supporting with client research, preparing recommendations, valuations etc.
*Booking and arranging client meetings
*Answering client calls, liaising with product providers and dealing with ad-hoc client requests
Benefits:
*Competitive salary of up to £34,000
*Hybrid working, up to 2 days working from home
*Part time hours ideal, full time is available
*5% pension contribution
*25 days holiday
*On site parking
Skills and experience required:
*Experience working with Financial Planning company essential
*Good understand of UK products and market
*Experience with the above duties
