Due to increased business levels, this is an excellent opportunity for an AssocRICS-qualified Surveyor looking to join a supportive business offering remote working, excellent earning potential and genuine career progression. The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys across South London
*Conduct RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (full training provided if required)
*Complete Red Book Valuations
*Produce accurate, professional reports in accordance with RICS standards
*Deliver excellent customer service throughout the inspection and reporting process
*Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
Residential Surveyor Requirements:
*Minimum AssocRICS qualification
*Experience carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Professional, organised and customer-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence
