Location: Hastings
Salary: Up to £43,700 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent - 40 hours per week.
Rotating shifts between 6:00am - 2:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our client’s expanding manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Toolmaker to provide toolmaking, repair and maintenance services, supporting manufacturing operations while working to high standards of precision and quality.
Main Duties:*Provide toolmaking, repair and maintenance services to support manufacturing operations.
*Manufacture finished products to predetermined specifications and tolerances.
*Carry out repairs and maintenance on tooling as required.
*Read, interpret and accurately work from technical drawings and specifications.
*Maintain a high level of accuracy in both practical and technical tasks.
*Ensure tooling is completed within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
*Support the wider team to achieve manufacturing objectives.
*Work safely and comply with all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements:*Relevant Mechanical or Production Engineering qualification.
*Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Toolmaker within a busy tool shop.
*Experience working to tight production deadlines.
*Ability to read, interpret and work from technical drawings.
*Proven ability to manufacture components to specification and within tolerance.
*Demonstrable commitment to safe working practices.
*Ability to reliably commute to St Leonards-on-Sea.
