Senior UX Designer - UX Design / Figma / User Research / Stakeholder ManagementNEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY available for a Senior UX Designer to join a leading organisation on an exciting digital transformation programme.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGYou’ll join a growing product design team working across digital investment and pension platforms, helping shape intuitive and engaging user experiences for a broad customer base. Working across the full design lifecycle, you’ll take ownership from discovery through to delivery, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers and fellow Designers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex UX challenges, influencing stakeholders, and creating customer-first digital products.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...*Strong commercial experience as a Senior UX Designer
*Expert knowledge of Figma
*Experience delivering end-to-end UX design across complex digital products
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to confidently present and justify design decisions
*Strong storytelling and design thinking capabilities
*Experience creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences
*Proactive approach with the ability to work across multiple design disciplines
IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE...*Experience working on investment, pension or wealth management platforms
*Knowledge of interaction and visual design best practices
*Experience working within Agile product teams
