• Join a growing and highly regarded Private Client team managing a diverse caseload of complex, high-value matters. You will advise clients on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning, while handling all aspects of estate administration.
• Responsibilities include preparing inheritance tax returns, Grant of Representation applications and estate accounts, as well as overseeing the administration of estate assets, including property portfolios and company shareholdings.
• You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships by managing new enquiries, taking instructions, and providing practical, client-focused advice throughout the probate process.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced fee earners with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent) in private client law. You will possess strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters, excellent client care and communication skills, and the ability to manage your own caseload efficiently with a proactive and organised approach.
