We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Property team based in York or Malton.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Manage Your Own Caseload – Handle residential sales, purchases, remortgages and other conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
*Advise Clients – Draft and review contracts, titles and leasehold documents while providing clear, practical advice.
*Build Relationships – Develop strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and referrers.
*Support the Team – Work collaboratively with colleagues and assist in mentoring junior team members.
*Deliver Excellent Service – Progress matters efficiently while providing a high standard of client care

What We’re Looking For:
*2+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or SQE-qualified
*Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong analytical ability with a practical, solutions-focused approach
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Partners for Windows (or similar case management systems)
*Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
*Committed to delivering exceptional client care and maintaining the highest professional standards
